*Population is more in Chennai so, one of the major problems is pollution.

 *Not a Green City: Areas like T Nagar and Central there are very less tress compare to other areas.

*Traffic: Due to narrow roads there is huge traffic.
 

                           

*Drainage: Drainages are not properly maintaining.

*Damaged Roads: Every year Roads are getting effected so, no water flow to drainages

*Less area with more population: City was spreaded, but still less area.

Here we are builders in perumbakkam:
Saradeuz a reality builders in Chennai, perumbakkam. As we mention above problems are in main areas like Chennai central and T Nagar etc., Perumbakkam is an area developing with IT industries and IT parks. Here surroundings are quite opposite to main areas like T Nagar and Central.
We are constructing flats in perumbakkam. Our ongoing project is Hevan and Acropolis. Already few 1 BHK and 2 BHK flats are sold with attracting prices 30 L.
